8 Chicken Kebabs

Half a Tin Coconut Cream

1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter

1 Tablespoon Toasted Indian Spice Butter softened


  1. Season and panfry the chicken kebabs.
  2. Simmer the coconut cream to reduce slightly.
  3. Add peanut butter & Toasted Indian Spice butter.
  4. Whisk and savour the spicey aroma.
  5. Pour over kebabs and grab yourself a wine.
  6. (If you want to impress someone) Garnish with toasted coconut & coriander.
