Prawn Udon Noodles with Chilli, Kaffir & Lime Butter

Easy Thai style prawn noodles in minutes.

WITH FLAVOUR FIEND’S Chilli, Kaffir Lime & Coriander

Ingredients

600g Prawn cutlets

1kg Udon Noodles

1 Red Capsicum sliced thin

1 Bunch Asian Greens

1 Handful Mung Beans

 

Fish Sauce optional

Method

  1. Heat oil in a large pan, season prawns and sear.
  2. Add red capsicum to pan with Asian greens when prawns are almost cooked.
  3. When greens are wilted toss noodles through pan.
  4. Add half a cup of water and stir through.
  5. Add 1 pottle a spoon at a time of Flavour Fiend Chilli, Kaffir Lime & Coriander Finishing Butter.
  6. When butter is melted stir through and serve with Mung Beans & a splash of fish sauce.
